Where should I start inside the app?
Most merchants start from the dashboard, then choose either Auto-Pilot for recurring content or Write Article for a one-off post. If you want hands-off automation, start with the Storewide Auto-Pilot guide or the Product-Led Auto-Pilot guide.
What is the difference between storewide and product-led content?
Storewide content uses your business profile, catalog context, and brand description to create broader articles. Product-led content uses specific products or collections and is better for buying guides, reviews, sizing posts, and product-focused SEO traffic.

When should I use manual article creation instead of Auto-Pilot?
Manual article creation is best for campaigns, launches, announcements, editorial plans, or any content that needs tighter control before generation. Auto-Pilot is best when you want steady publishing on a schedule with minimal hands-on work.
Can I disable AI-generated images?
Yes. In the Visual Style step, you can decide whether images should be generated at all. If enabled, you can also pick the image size, orientation, and style that fits your storefront.
Can I add my own prompts?
The flows shown in this documentation focus on structured controls such as topic source, outline, tone, language, schedule, and article length. If prompt customization expands in the interface later, it should be documented as its own dedicated guide.
Can I edit an article before publishing it?
Yes. After generation, AutoBlog AI opens the rich-text editor where you can update copy, check the quality score, edit metadata, adjust the URL handle, review keywords, and then save or publish the article to Shopify.

Where can I see article and image limits?
Limits are visible inside the app header, on the dashboard plan panel, and on the Plans & Billing page. The exact values depend on the merchant's current plan, so the in-app counters are always the source of truth.
How do upgrades or plan changes work?
Plan management lives on the Plans & Billing screen inside AutoBlog AI. Merchants can review available tiers, compare allowances, and update billing directly from the app.
