How to Create an Article Manually

Starting the Process

Navigate to the Articles tab in the left-hand menu.

Click the Write Article button in the top right corner to launch the article creator.

Step 1: Choose Your Topic

Decide the core focus of your article.

Promote a Product: Use this when the article should focus on a specific item from your store. The dedicated product guide covers this path in more detail.
Custom Topic: Choose one of the AI-suggested topics or type your own idea directly into the Title field.

Click Next: Create outline to continue.

Step 2: Review and Edit the Outline

This step gives you structural control over what the AI is about to write.

Keywords: Review the suggested SEO keywords, remove any irrelevant terms, or add your own target phrases.
Article Outline: Reorder sections with drag and drop, remove headings you do not need, or click Add New Section to introduce a new talking point.
Introduction, FAQ, and Conclusion: These are generated automatically, so this step mainly controls the body of the article.

Click Next: Generate when the structure is ready.

Step 3: Finalize Generation Settings

Adjust the final parameters for your text before generation begins.

Word Count: Choose the desired article length.
Language and Tone: Make sure the output matches your brand and audience.
Advanced AI Controls: Expand this section if you need more granular generation settings.

Click Generate Article and let the AI do the heavy lifting.

Step 4: Polish & Publish (The Editor)

Once the AI finishes writing, AutoBlog AI opens the rich-text editor so you can review and perfect the content.
